What is the Trinity and why is it important to Christians?

Our recent topic in RE is ‘What is the Trinity and why is it important to Christians?’. We researched the significance of artefacts and sacred texts such as the Bible, the baptismal font and a dove in the Christian religion. We found out about what happens at a Christian baptism and what the key features of a baptism were. We learnt that the Trinity is the name for the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and identified why it is important to Christians.
