Wider Opportunities – Learning a musical instrument

In our Music sessions, we have been taking advantage of the expert teaching of Mrs Caswell to begin to develop our skills to confidently play the recorders. We are learning how to recognise and read the notes B, A and G and to successfully use this knowledge to play along with a piece of musical notation.

We are also using our listening and musicianship skills to recognise beat, rhythm, pulse and to create our own pieces of body percussion.
